The Red Cross is used by the Navy to inform service members of death and 
medical emergencies. Give the Red Cross the information needed to reach your 
son - eg. name of ship - son's job on the ship - if you know it. It will 
then be sent to the CO/XO of the ship & someone will then inform your son.
